MOD-PAD is a mid-century modern rental we will have availabe, by summer 2008! It was designed by architect Cecil Stanfield, and built in 1954. The Original owner was head of the music department at Tulsa University in the 1950s. It is a 1400+ sq. ft. brick and LOTS OF GLASS, contemporary of the day. It will be $1000.00 a month.
